Cleaner Rimvella & VPN

1. Local device work

Rimvella inventories accessible shared storage only when you request file browsing, a space map or a Guard review. Paths, sizes, timestamps, duplicate hashes, selected file contents, rendered document output, installed-app metadata and findings are processed on the device and are not sent to the Publisher or VPN node.

2. Optional VPN handling

The free VPN is optional. Provisioning sends a randomly generated WireGuard public key to the Dallas, United States service and retains that key with an assigned tunnel address until you use Delete device route profile. The private key stays encrypted on the phone. While connected, the endpoint necessarily handles the source IP, DNS requests, destination addresses and packet content in transit. It is configured not to store browsing or DNS history, traffic content, connection timestamps or per-user bandwidth totals.

3. Permission boundaries

All files access supports the advertised cleaner, folder, reader and file-review features. Installed-app visibility is limited to Guard. Install-package access hands a user-selected APK to Android's installer. VpnService exists only to carry the disclosed tunnel after Android approval.

4. Infrastructure providers

BitLaunch supplies the isolated VPN virtual server and network infrastructure. Cloudflare provides the registered domain, authoritative DNS and privacy-site delivery. These providers may process limited operational network data needed to deliver, secure and troubleshoot their services. They are not authorized to use app information for advertising. The Publisher does not sell personal information.

5. Retention, deletion and protection

Device-side information follows your own file actions, Android settings and app-data lifecycle. The VPN public-key record lasts until in-app profile deletion; the service has no retained browsing history for the Publisher to erase. Provisioning uses HTTPS, WireGuard protects tunnel transport and administrative access is restricted. No security measure can offer an absolute guarantee.

7. Children, transfers and revisions

The app is not directed to children under 13. The VPN endpoint is in Dallas, United States; infrastructure providers may process operational data in other jurisdictions. A materially changed practice will result in an updated effective date and any additional notice or consent required by law.
